Eligibility:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Only defective/damaged items are eligible.

Process:

  2. Once approved, we’ll guide you through return instructions.
  3. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Non-returnable items:

  • Used items
  • Items without original packaging
